UIL academic practice, all in one place.

Study League is a practice site for Texas UIL A+ Academics, grades 2–8, currently free to use. Students get short lessons, original questions and timed rehearsal papers. Coaches get a team code and a clear view of how each student is doing.

The goal: every student walks into the meet ready.

UIL coaches juggle several contests, a few meetings a week and a stack of old tests. Study League puts the practice for each contest in one place, so students can get in a few minutes between meetings, in class or at home, and you can spend the meetings you have where they help most.

How it works for your school

    A coach makes a team

    Create a coach account with your email and get a six-digit team code.

  2. 2

    Students practice

    They join with the code, then work through short lessons and five-question sets at their own pace.

    You see who’s ready

    Each team shows every student’s progress, so you know who needs help before the meet.

Chess

Lessons, daily puzzles, UIL booklet rehearsals and club teams.

Open Chess Grades 4–8

Number Sense

Mental math techniques with five-question practice and a ten-minute mixed challenge.

Grades 6–8

A+ Mathematics

10 units for grades 6–8, from number theory to geometry: worked lessons, practice questions, and timed rehearsal papers.

Grades 5–8

Maps, Graphs & Charts

5 kinds of map and graph for grades 5–8: lessons on each skill, practice questions beside each map or graph, and timed 75-question rehearsal papers.

Grades 2–8 New

Music Memory

Listen to the list, name 20-second clips, and rehearse a paper shaped like your grade’s test.

Grades 4–8 New

Art

Learn the 30 works, name them by artist and title, and answer art history and elements questions.

Grades 5–8 New

Dictionary Skills

Speed drills for students’ own dictionaries, when to guess, and a timed 40-question rehearsal.
